Nottingham Strictly Strings is an exciting, regularly rehearsing youth string orchestra especially for players grade 1 – 4 standard.
The orchestra meets once a month during term time on Sunday afternoons in Nottingham offering young players the opportunity to play a wide range of music all whilst introducing the important skill of playing in an ensemble.
If you’re age 8+ and play a string instrument of grade 1 – 4 standard we’d love to hear from you and invite you along to one of our rehearsals to experience it for yourself.
There are no scary auditions and new members are always welcome – please contact us via the form at the bottom of this page or email/phone the office on admin@music-for-everyone.org tel. 0115 9589312 to find out more or to let us know you’d like to come along for a free taster session!
We don’t want anyone to be excluded from MfE activities because of their financial circumstances and there is a subsidised scheme available for any who needs it. Please contact kirstie@music-for-everyone.org if this is the case.”
