East Midlands Youth Windband

dsc03110The East Midlands Youth Windband is an exciting new wind band for players of grade 5 or above. Wind, brass and percussion players are all welcome. Be part of something new and exciting, a regularly rehearsing specialist youth wind band for the East Midlands!

Meeting in the Nottingham area, this band will play a wide variety of interesting and challenging music. EMYW aims to provide the very best in ensemble training, giving players the opportunity to develop their technique and gain outstanding performance experiences.

The new East Midlands Youth Wind Band performed their first concert in the Music for Everyone Summer Celebration concert at the Albert Hall in Nottingham on Sunday 26th June 2016. Sundays 2.00pm – 5.00pm, approximately once every 3 weeks

Standard: Members are Grade 5 and above – no auditions!
