Come to Music for Everyone’s Recorder Workshop Day

Enjoy a day of recorder playing, including relaxed and friendly rehearsals with the chance to explore more advanced repertoire, or focus on the chosen music.

The workshop day will be led by Chris McDouall. Chris is an experienced recorder player who is sure to bring the best out of everyone.

Music chosen reflects a broad sweep of styles, from the heyday of the Renaissance to the present day.


Timetable – Saturday 14th September

10.00am    Registration
10.30 – 1.00pm  Morning rehearsals (with refreshment break)
1.00pm – 2.00pm  Lunch Break (please bring a packed lunch)
2.00pm – 4.00pm  Afternoon rehearsals (includes optional advanced repertoire session and refreshment break)
4.00pm – 4.30pm Informal performance for family and friends


Music will be sent out approximately 3 weeks before the course.

MfE Members* £20, Non-members £24, Benefit Claimants/Students £11.
