Big Youth Music Experience – Festival Concerts

Saturday 13 July SENIOR GROUPS
Enjoy a thrilling performance given by all the workshop groups plus our special guests – solo clarinettist Oliver Lee, RNCM string quartet and organist.
Marvel at the sound of the mighty Binns organ and the spectacular concert finale – an arrangement of ‘Light of the Seven’ from the acclaimed Game of Thrones.
Tickets: £8 (£4 children/students) throughout the hall. Available in advance from MfE and on the door.
NB If you are participating in the workshops, you will receive a special code to receive 10% ticket sales!

Sunday 14 July JUNIOR GROUPS
A free concert showcasing our junior instrumental groups plus THE BIG FAMILY SING choir. An enjoyable concert for all!
Anyone is welcome to come along and listen, but please be aware spaces will be limited.
Festival Fringe
Don’t miss two days of free entertainment at the Sky Mirror, Nottingham Playhouse. Enjoy a barbecue from the Playhouse Bar and Kitchen while listening to local youth groups including the Nottingham Youth Jazz Orchestra and City Music Hub’s Band Factory. There will also be interactive performances from a steel band and Capoeira Nottingham – come and give it a go! And on Sunday, for those of you who like a good quiz, take part in our FESTIVAL MUSIC TRAIL, a walking quiz with clues situated around all the venues.
