The Drivetime Choir
Join the Drivetime Choir and sing with the famous Halle Orchestra! The Drivetime Choir brings together singers of all ages, ability and experience to perform two thrilling choral pieces. It's free to join, singers take part in at least one rehearsal session at the Royal Concert Hall with MfE Artistic Director, Angela Kay. For the next Drivetime Concert on Thursday 19 June sing two famous opera choruses - the Anvil Chorus from Verdi's Il Trovatore and the Easter Hymn from Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana. More>>

Nottingham Cambiata -
A new choir for boys ages 11 - 18
Cambiata, meaning ‘the emerging voice’, is a unique choir for boys entering their teenage years. Music is specially selected from across genres to allow for voice change, enabling boys to sing with confidence and explore the potential of their voices at this point in their lives. There are no auditions – all that is required is an enthusiasm to sing!! More>>
East Midlands Youth Voices update
We are thrilled that the East Midlands Youth Voices are already gaining a fantastic reputation for quality choral singing. Since starting in September 2013, they have performed as part of the outstanding Benjamin Britten Centenary Concert at the Albert Hall in November 2013 alongside the Nottingham Youth Orchestra. They also sang in a concert of Vivaldi’s Gloria with the East of England Singers in January and were highly complimented on their performance by fellow performers and audience members alike. Concert in partnership with Nottingham Youth Orchestra
In November 2013, Nottingham Youth Orchestra and Music for Everyone joined forces in a concert to celebrate the centenary of Benjamin Britten. MfE, NYO and students from Trent College, Dovedale Primary School, South Wilford, Nottingham Boys' High School and the St Barnabus Cathedral youth choir came together to perform a collection of 12 songs written especially for young people named Friday Afternoons.

Mozart & Schubert Concert
On Saturday 1st February the Nottigham Festival Chorus and Nottingham Concert Orchestra performed Mozart's Mass in C Minor & Schubert's Magnificat at the Nottingham Albert Hall. Congratulations to everybody that took part in this wonderful concert. James Lowe, our guest conductor, thought the whole event was splendid!
