DESCRIPTION:Musicals workshop day and concert: From West End to Broadway!  \nMusic for Everyone invites you to come and sing in an entertaining workshop of well known hits from the musicals and West End. Enjoy the glitz and glam of the theatre with our special guest compere and baritone soloist Simon Theobald\, conducted by MfE’s Assistant Artistic Director\, Rachel Parkes\, and accompanied by Angela Foan. \nThe programme will include foot tapping numbers from Oliver and Guys and Dolls\, unforgettable melodies from West Side Story and Chess\, and moving songs from hit musical Blood Brothers. \nThe day will finish with an informal cabaret-style concert including a performance from MfE’s Open Voices choir. \nTickets include a free pre-concert glass of wine or soft drink from 4pm. \nAll music will be provided on the workshop day. \nTimetable:\nSaturday 23 March\nRushcliffe Spencer Academy\, NG2 7BW \n10.00am – 6.30pm \nRegistration: 10am \nSinging sessions: 10.30am – 4pm \nTo include tea\, coffee and lunch breaks \nPre-concert drinks: 4.30pm-5pm \nPerformance: 5pm – 6.30pm \n  \nThe course fee for this event is £27.
