Daytime Voices
If you enjoy singing and would like to join a choir which rehearses during the afternoon then why not try Daytime Voices!
Choose from three groups in the Nottingham area meeting 2pm to 4pm - Southwell (Monday), West Bridgford (Tuesday) and Wollaton (Wednesday).
Membership is open to all - no auditions! The choir sing a mixed repertoire from jazz and pop to more classical pieces. The ability to read music is helpful but not essential. All that’s really required is a love of singing and a sense of fun!
The choir rehearse 3 terms per year. Summer (April - June), Autumn (Sept - Nov) and Spring (Jan - March) with 7 - 9 rehearsals per term.
Performance opportunities include an informal concert for family and friends at the end of every term, choir members are also offered the chance to perform at occasional events in and around Nottinghamshire throughout the year - this year Daytime Voices performed in Music for Everyone's annual Promenade concert at the Albert Hall in Nottingham.

West Bridgford Baptist Church
Directions:
The church is situated on the corner of Musters Road and Melton Road and there is plenty of parking on the adjacent streets. Buses from the City no's 5, 8 & 9 from Angel Row go to Rectory Road and it is then a short walk to the church.

Wollaton
Wednesdays, 2.00pm-4.00pm
Kingswood Methodist Church Hall
Directions:
The church is very easy to find and there is plenty of parking - either in the church's car park or on the adjacent roads. The church is on a bus route - Rainbow no 2 from Victoria Centre or the City no 30 from Milton Street.
