Over 250 singers and instrumentalists present a sparkling performance of music with ‘coronation’ connections! Experience Mozart’s exhilarating Coronation Mass and enjoy music featured at the Queen’s Coronation including Handel’s Zadok the Priest, Parry’s thrilling anthem I was Glad and Walton’s stirring march Crown Imperial. Join with orchestra, choir and soloists in a massed performance of Vaughan Williams Old Hundredth, composed especially for the Queen’s Coronation.

Find classical performances a bit ‘stuffy’ sometimes? These won’t be! They’re inspired by the Proms in London’s Albert Hall, with a wonderful variety of appealing music and an informal atmosphere – choose a traditional seat or go for the Prom area where you can stand, sit or even lie down (bring a cushion if you like!). Admission to the Diamond Jubilee Concert is by ticket only – see details below.
